As a result of mass testing for COVID-19 at The Good Samaritan Society-Hays, one resident and two staff members have been identified as testing positive for the virus, Administrator Noe Gillespie said in a news release Friday.&nbsp;

"Good Samaritan Society–Hays continues to take extra precautions, and is using vigorous infection control measures while also working closely with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. The health, safety and well-being of our residents, staff and the community we serve remains our top priority."
