Phillipsburg resident Ryan D. Horner passed away May 22, 2020 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS at the age of 60. He was born Aug. 19, 1959 in Phillipsburg, the son of Duane & Monnie (Morgan) Horner.
Survivors include his wife Cindy of the home; 2 sons, Mike of McCook, NE and J.R. of Polk City, IA; 2 daughters, Tandy of Tampa, FL and Jamie of Auburn, KS; 2 brothers, Dave & Tony of Phillipsburg; 1 sister, Linda Waters of Stockton; 14 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held July 11, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. in the Huck Boyd Community Center, Phillipsburg. The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.
Friends may sign the book from 9:00 to 9:00 Friday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel.
