2021, at his residence in Alton, KS. &nbsp;He was born in Smith Center, KS on
 June 19, 1953 to the late&nbsp;Murel D. &amp; Elizabeth L. (Lunsford) 
Patterson.

John graduated from high school. &nbsp;He later worked as a laborer at Wilkens Manufacturing in Stockton, KS.

John is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home in Alton, KS; a son, 
Darrell Patterson of NE; a step-son, Joseph Chrisman, of Aurora, MO; a 
brother, Joe Patterson of Hebron, NE and 1 grandchild.
