JOPLIN - Fort Hays State junior Morgan Brasser shot a 2-over-par 72 on Tuesday and moved into a fifth-place tie after two rounds of the MIAA Women’s Golf Championships at the Eagle Creek Golf Club in Joplin.
After an opening round 80 on Monday, Brasser sits at 10-over-par in the tournament and is seven shots back of Northwest Missouri State’s Paige Hoffman who leads at plus-3. Brasser is four shots behind Central Missouri's Nicole Rallo who is in second place after a low round of 73 on Tuesday.
The third and final round is on Wednesday.
