CLAY CENTER - TMP-Marian freshman Brynn Schoepf shot a 45 and tied for ninth at the nine-hole Clay Center Girls’ Invitational Golf Tournament at the Clay Center Country Club. Jenna Brull was 12th with a 47.
The Monarchs finished in third place in the team standings with a 197.
Ava Schumacher fired a 52 and placed 26th, Emma Wasinger finished in a tie for 29th with a 53 and Blakely Seib tied for 46 with a 63.
Wamego's Addison Douglass won the individual title with a 34. Wamego won the team title with a 160, 10 shots better than Manhattan.
