Willard F. Renfro Jr., 77, passed away April 17, 2022, at Harry Hynes Hospice in Wichita. He was born on January 24, 1945, in Great Bend, to Willard F. Renfro Sr. and Juanita Renfro-Berry. He married Linda Ann Churchill on March 16, 1963, at Great Bend. She died on October 9, 2012.
A lifetime Great Bend resident, Willy worked at the Great Bend Cemetery for many years.
Survivors include, his son and daughter in law, Travis and Heidi Renfro of Shawnee; and two grandchildren, Samantha Renfro and Blake Renfro. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Linda Ann Renfro; a son, Grant Kemper Renfro; and his brother, Danny Renfro.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Bryant Funeral Home, with family to receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Joseph Smeragliuolo presiding. Interment will be in the Great Bend Cemetery.
