PHILLIPS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Wednesday in Phillips County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Lexus RX driven by Rachel L. Peters. 69, Hastings, was northbound on Kansas 383 six miles south of U.S. 183.
The car drifted left of center and off the road. It struck a field entrance in the left ditch, became airborne and rolled.
EMS transported Peters to the hospital in Kearny. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
