State Rep. Barb Wasinger recently announced she has been endorsed by the National Rifle Association and its state affiliate, the Kansas State Rifle Association because of her strong support for the 2nd Amendment.

Rep. Wasinger stated, “Ellis County families have exercised their 2nd Amendment freedoms for generations. Our families need to know they can defend themselves in a time of national unrest. And our local economy needs the continued support of sportsmen traveling from around Kansas and across America to enjoy our wildlife and the hunting opportunities we have to offer. I know House District 111 understands the importance of the 2nd Amendment and I’m honored that the top advocates for these rights nationally and here at home have recognized me for my consistent defense of your right to keep and bear arms.”

Kansas State Rifle Association PAC (KSRA PAC) Chair Moriah Day stated, “Michael Bloomberg, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer will stop at nothing to eliminate your ability to defend yourself or even to enjoy our Kansas hunting and sport-shooting pastimes. But Kansans have an advocate in Representative Barb Wasinger. Barb has stood strong and unflinching in the face of intense pressure as she’s fought for your shared values these past two years. Barb’s radical, liberal opponent would sell you out to Bloomberg, Pelosi, and Schumer. Not Barb Wasinger! We can rely on Barb to continue representing small-town Kansas values just like she always has.”
