Wild West Festival
The Wild West Festival Committee is pleased to announce the official artist schedule for the 2025 event, which will take place July 2 through July 5.
This year’s musical offerings begin on Wednesday, July 2, with country artist Walker Montgomery opening the stage at 7 p.m., followed by The Castellows at 9 p.m.
On Thursday, July 3, Austin Williams is set to perform at 7:30 p.m., leading into a 9:30 p.m. headlining appearance by Drew Baldridge.
The festival will conclude on Saturday, July 5, with three acts: Reprise as pre-opener at 5:35 p.m., Paramount as opener at 7:30 p.m., and headliner Spin Doctors at 9:30 p.m.Other related event activity planning is underway and tickets are expected to be available soon.
Festival organizers report the featured artists represent a blend of emerging talent and seasoned performers, reflecting the diverse musical tastes of local and regional audiences.
“We are thrilled to welcome these exciting acts to the stage this year,” said Wild West Festival Committee president Julie Edgeman. “We designed the lineup to showcase a mix of country, rock, and pop-infused performances to ensure there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.”
The Wild West Festival, traditionally held during the week of Independence Day, has become a long-standing community event that draws visitors from across the region and beyond.
Aside from live music, attendees can expect a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the festival grounds, along with a curated selection of food trucks and vendors offering local and regional cuisine.
Festival organizers are encouraging businesses, organizations, and community groups to explore sponsorship opportunities, as several levels of support remain open.
Local businesses and organizations seeking to raise their profiles at the festival have numerous sponsorship options to consider, including main stage sponsorship, VIP area partnerships, and signage placements in high-traffic areas.
Edgeman pointed out sponsorship plays a pivotal role in making the festival possible, allowing for quality entertainment while keeping ticket prices accessible to a wide audience.
Sponsorship packages are also available to suit a range of budgets and marketing objectives.
Packages may include on-stage signage, promotional materials, social media recognition, and VIP passes for employee or client engagement.
Organizers encourage interested parties to inquire early, as premium sponsorship opportunities typically fill quickly once details of the festival begin circulating.

Edgeman also said the festival’s planning committee works year-round to coordinate volunteer efforts, book entertainment and manage logistics.
