MANHATTAN - Kansas First District U.S. Representative Tracey Mann will host town halls next Monday and Tuesday to hear from Kansans as part of his annual 60-county Mann Listening Tour. The town halls will take place in Barton, Ford, Gray, Finney, Lane, and Gove counties.
