Ellis County Farm Bureau Association attended the 106th Kansas Farm Bureau Annual Meeting held in Manhattan, Dec. 7-9.
The meeting included the Foundation Fundraising event for the End Hunger Program, networking sessions, advocacy updates, and delegate voter session.

Along with these activities, several members from across the state were honored with recognition for their contributions to Agriculture.
Among the honorees was Will Sutterheim, Ellis County, he received the inaugural Rural Minds Matter Advocate of the Year award for his dedication to breaking down mental health stigmas in farming communities.

President Matt Grabbe also accepted the Platinum County Showcase award, the highest award attainable for counites, for the efforts of the Ellis County Farm Bureau Association within the community.
