McPHERSON - The Hays High boys golf team finished in fourth place at the McPherson Invitational at the Turkey Creek Golf Course Thursday. The Indians shot a 351, ten strokes behind fourth place Hutchinson. Salina Sacred Heart won the team title by 18 strokes over Great Bend with a 319.
Senior Jason Krannawitter and sophomore Braden Hoskins both shot an 8-over-par 78 and tied for fifth place to lead the Indians.
Sacred Heart senior Kameron Shaw was the individual champion with a 1-over-par 73.
