HAYS, Kan. – Fort Hays State Athletics would like to remind all season ticket holders and fans the final home games of the regular season vs. Nebraska-Kearney will be this Friday night at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. The games were originally scheduled for Saturday, but moved up one day. It will be Senior Night at Gross Memorial Coliseum for both the women's and men's programs.
Season ticket holders who already have tickets printed with the original March 2 date will still have their tickets honored at the gates.
Both Fort Hays State teams enter their final regular season games at 21-6 overall. The men are already a lock for the No. 2 seed in the MIAA Tournament in Kansas City next week. The women are still battling for position in the conference standings with a chance to finish anywhere between second and sixth.
Thursday will be the earliest either FHSU team will play in the MIAA Tournament in Kansas City. The men are locked for the 8:15 p.m. game on Thursday night. The women's first game could be either Thursday or Friday. MIAA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
