Norma Jean McGraw, 97, passed away to be with the Lord on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Grand Plains Skilled Nursing. She was born on September 9, 1928 in Brookfield, Missouri. Norma married Joe Vernon McGraw on October 17, 1948 in Pratt. He preceded her in death on December 4, 1994.
Norma worked for Wal-Mart for 20 plus years. She was a member of Reach Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and socializing.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (David) Gould - Bonebrake of Wichita; grandchildren, Ray Gould of Ottawa and Adonia Gould of Hays; great-grandchildren, Marielyn Castaing, Victoria (Asterius) Gould, Shaylene Peyton and Joe-Allen Peyton; and three great-great grandchildren.
Norma is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Gibson; mother, Jessie Gibson; husband, Joe McGraw; son, Clyde Vernon McGraw; granddaughter, Audene Gould; brother, Floyd Lamp, Jr.; and sisters, Helen Gove and Doris McClanahan.
Friends may sign the book Monday, June 15, 2026 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt with John Hamm presiding.
