The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Wednesday reported seven new COVID-19 cases in Ellis County had been identified since Monday.

Since reporting began, there have been 3,811 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 73 coronavirus-related deaths.
As of Wednesday, the University of Kansas Health System reported eight COVID-19 inpatients at HaysMed.
