Elsie June (Keller) Wolf passed away July 13, 2023 at the age of 79 in Plainville, Kansas. She was born February 5, 1944 in Colby, Kansas to Alex and Marion (Donovan) Keller.

She was raised on the family farm south of Monument, Kansas, and attended school in Monument and Grinnell, Kansas.

She was united in marriage May 23, 1961 to the love of her life James R. Wolf. To this union three sons were born.

The family moved to Norton County, near New Almelo in 1971. They purchased a farm and ran a dairy until 1991. She loved spending time with family, friends and neighbors. Memories were made in abundance on the farm and shared by many. She never tired of the farm life. and was very proud to have raised her family on the farm.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Richard Wolf and and infant daughter Kimberly; her parents, Alex and Marion Keller; sisters Kathryn and Twila Ann; brother-in-law Dale McKellips; her in-laws Fred and Mary Wolf; sisters-in-law Mary Jean Overton (Alan), and Marlene Wolf (Melvin); and brothers-in-law Leon Wolf and Jerry Kaiser (Luetta).

She is survived by her three sons David A. (Casey) of Clayton, James F. (Renae) of Pierre, South Dakota, and Stacey M. (Kim) of North Platte, Nebraska; her siblings Bernice (Roy) Nickel of Oakley, and Jennie (Daryl Wolf of Monument; in-law siblings Melvin of Grinnell, Richard (Karen) of Colorado, Daryl (Jennie) of Monument, Dwayne (Linda) of Grinnell, Luetta of Hays, Bernice (Mark) of Angelus, Lynette of Grinnell and Alan of Canton; as well as many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
