ELLIS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 7:30a.m. Thursday in Ellis County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Ford Fusion driven by Aaron M. Gray, 45, Russell, was southbound on Commerce Parkway at Interstate 70.
The Fusion struck a 2018 Ford Escape driven by Roger C. Agnew, 30, Hays, who failed to stop at the stop sign.
EMS transported Gray to Hays Medical Center. Agnew was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
