Phyllis Rogers Dillon

Phillipsburg resident Phyllis Rogers Dillon passed away Sept. 20, 2020, at the Solomon Valley Nursing Home in Stockton, KS at the age of 83.  She was born Feb. 6, 1937 in Talmage, KS, the daughter of James & Leah (Parsons) Hosie.

Survivors include her son James Rogers of Aurora, CO; 3 daughters; Jacque Abell of Phillipsburg, KS, Denise Miller of Gardner, KS & Renita May of Wellington, KS; her sister, Doris Schumann of Lawrence, KS; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 25 at 2:00 p.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Dennis Haarer officiating. A private burial will be held in the Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Wellington, KS.  The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page. 

 The casket will be closed. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 9:00 Thursday with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Assembly of God Church or the Phillipsburg Food Pantry.
