Team Entry Fee: $500 per Team for a 4-Person Team (includes green fees, golf carts, luncheon at SHCC, door prizes and flight prizes for the top three teams in each of three flights)
Team Mulligans: $5 per mulligan (up to five mulligans per person can be purchased)
Hole Sponsorships: $350 (includes name/logo on tee box, pre-tournament advertising and publicity, and recognition at luncheon)
