The Kansas Department of Transportation plans to begin a resurfacing project on a portion of K-25 in Logan County on Thursday, June 25.
Work will involve applying a chip seal on K-25 starting at the Wichita County line and extending 14 miles north. Traffic will be directed through the work zone by flaggers and a pilot car. Motorists should plan for delays not exceeding 15 minutes.
KDOT expects the project to be completed in approximately two weeks, conditions permitting.
Heft & Sons LLC, of Greensburg, is the primary contractor for the $500,000 project. For more information, contact KDOT Area Construction Manager Todd Anderson at 785-953-6011 or todd.anderson@ks.gov.
