Thurman Dale Shelton, 89, of Osborne, KS passed away on July 28, 2020
 at Parkview Care Center of Osborne, KS. &nbsp;He was born on July 27, 1931 
to John H. &amp; Edna (Harris) Shelton at Wild Cherry, Arkansas.

Thurman graduated from high school and attended 4 years of college. &nbsp;He was a veteran of the U. S. Army &amp; served in Korea.

Thurman became a minister and preached in several churches. 
&nbsp;He&nbsp;attended the Assembly of God Church of Osborne, KS. &nbsp;Thurman also 
worked at Boeing in Wichita for a period of time. &nbsp;Thurman has lived in 
Osborne for the past 14 years and prior to that, he&nbsp;lived in Downs, KS.

Thurman married Gladys A. Burmeister and to this union 2 sons were born.

Thurman was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gladys in 2015; son John in 2014.

Thurman is survived by his son,&nbsp;David, and 2 grandchildren.
