Elma Sue DeCamp, 67, died Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at her home in Dodge City.

She was born April 29, 1953 at Scott City, the daughter of Walter “Bud” and Grace (Krick) Kelch.  She was a 1972 graduate of Healy High School and attended Brown Mackie College.  She was a longtime Dighton resident having lived in Dodge City for the past 2 ½ years.  She was a housekeeper working at the Lane County Hospital, Dighton motels, the Dighton Post Office and Dighton Bowl as well as being a caretaker.  She was an avid BINGO player.

Survivors include: her 3 sons, Bill DeCamp, Dodge City, Steven DeCamp and wife Stephanie, Dodge City and David DeCamp, Salina; her sister, Belinda Kelch, Dodge City; and 2 grandchildren, Mason and Madison DeCamp.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sharon Clark.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.  There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Prairie or Park Plaza Tower both in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
