ELLINWOOD – The TMP-Marian volleyball team advanced to the Ellinwood 2A Sub-State finals but lost to host Ellinwood. The Monarchs defeated Phillipsburg 25-22, 23-25, 25-21. The Eagles beat Sterling 25-13, 25-11. In the finals Ellinwood won 25-23, 25-14.
The Monarchs end the season with a 29-12 record.
