10:34 A.M.: City of Hays crews are currently on-site addressing a water main break at the intersection of 26th Street and General Hays Road. This issue occurred earlier today during routine fire hydrant testing in the area.
Our staff is working safely and efficiently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may experience temporary water pressure changes in the immediate vicinity while repairs are underway.
Please avoid the intersection or drive with caution to give our public works crews plenty of room to work safely.
