WICHITA - T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) is a six-month executive-level training program intended to give ambitious small business leaders a challenging opportunity to accelerate their growth through targeted training.
While there is no financial cost to participate, participants will invest their time and effort to develop a strategic growth plan for their business. The comprehensive curriculum includes 100+ hours of professional specialized training and peer-to-peer counseling to provide business owners with the tools they need to catapult their company to the next level and achieve sustainable growth.
This training is not for start-ups or people who are thinking about starting a business. T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined advanced training series is open to small business owners and executives that:
- Have annual revenues of at least $250,000
- Have been in business for at least three years
- Have at least one employee, other than self
- Have a strong desire to grow their business

T.H.R.I.V.E. will be a hybrid virtual and in-person executive-level series is limited to twenty participants and is intended to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses in America’s underserved cities and communities.
