The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.
Agenda items include a public hearing for proposed Unified Development Code changes to reduce sideyard setbacks for carports. Under current regulations, carports must meet accessory structure side and rear setbacks of five feet.
Commissioners will also conduct the annual comprehensive plan review.
