An annual review of the city's comprehensive plan will be performed during Monday's meeting of the Hays Area Planning Commission.
Commissioners will also look at an update of the Ellis County comprehensive plan and the city's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction - the 3 miles extending outside the Hays city limits.
