LOGAN COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Wednesday in Logan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy Suburban driven by Shane Castle, 28, Grand Island, Nebraska, was westbound on U.S. 40 three and one half miles west of U.S. 83.
The SUV traveled off the roadway onto the north shoulder. The driver attempted to regain control and crossed the center line into the eastbound lane. The vehicle then traveled back into the north ditch and rolled.
EMS transported Castle to the Logan County Hospital. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
