WAKEENEY Western Cooperative Electric is pleased to announce the addition of Nikki Daubert as its newest Member Services Representative (MSR).

A WaKeeney native, Daubert brings a wealth of customer service experience and a strong commitment to helping others. Her background in customer relations, combined with her enthusiasm for serving members, makes her a valuable addition to the Western Cooperative Electric team.

Daubert is a graduate of Kansas State University and is excited to begin her career in the electric cooperative industry. While she acknowledges there is much to learn about the utility business, she is eager to embrace the opportunities ahead.

"I am excited to join the team at Western Cooperative Electric and begin this new chapter in my career," said Daubert. "I am looking forward to growing in this role and serving our members. I am proud to be part of an organization that is so deeply connected to the communities it serves, and I am excited for this new adventure."

Outside of work, Daubert enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three daughters. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines at her children's activities or attending Kansas State sporting events, family time is at the center of her life.

Member Services Manager Christina Hayes stated, "We were fortunate to have many qualified candidates apply for this position, but Nikki demonstrated the perfect combination of customer service experience, professionalism, community connection, and a genuine desire to help others. Her positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn made her an outstanding fit for our team. We are excited to welcome Nikki to Western Cooperative Electric and look forward to the impact she will make for our members."

As a Member Services Representative, Daubert will assist members with billing inquiries, service requests, energy-related questions, and other member service needs while supporting Western Cooperative Electric's commitment to outstanding member care.

Western Cooperative Electric serves more than 12,000 meters across western and central Kansas and remains committed to providing safe, reliable, and affordable electric service while improving the quality of life in the communities it serves.
