🥎 FHSU home doubleheaders pushed back to Saturday and Sunday

HAYS, Kan. - Fort Hays State Softball will begin its weekend pursuit of an MIAA Tournament berth a day later than originally scheduled. Forecasted weather has pushed this week's home doubleheaders against Rogers State and Northeastern State back a day to Saturday and Sunday (Apr. 29-30). Start time of the doubleheaders both days will be at 12 p.m.

Live stream and stats will be available for both doubleheaders. Sunday will be Senior Day at Fleharty Family Field.

Fort Hays State is in the middle of a chase for a berth in the 2023 MIAA Softball Championship Tournament in Topeka next week. Four teams have mathematically locked up a spot in the eight-team tournament, while eight other teams (including Fort Hays State) will battle this weekend for the other four spots. FHSU is currently in sixth place in the MIAA standings at 11-11 and holds an overall mark of 29-20.
