BUNKER HILL – Smoky Hills PBS has announced Curious George is coming to Hays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 18. This free Family Fun Day drive-through event will be at the Big Creek Crossing Mall.
“We are thrilled to be back in Hays, and in order to do that, we have changed this year’s Family Fun Day to be a drive-through event,” said Haley Gagnon, event coordinator for Smoky Hills PBS. “With this new drive-through format, children will still be able to see Curious George and receive a free bag of gifts and a craft included. We want to be back in the communities we serve and a drive-through will allow us to do just that.”
The Family Fun Day event gives kids a chance to see Curious George in person and the first 500 kids in attendance will receive a free bag of gifts. A craft also will be included in their free bag.
Visit the PBS website, SmokyHillsPBS.org for up-to-date information as we will follow any county health ordinances at the time of this event.
