Alice Mae Greig

Alice Mae Greig, 71, of Topeka, KS, formerly of Osborne, KS,  passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2020.  She was born on July 2, 1950 in Beloit, KS to Wendell & Regaina "Ruth" (Sherbon) Storer.  She was one of six children.

Alice graduated from Osborne High School in 1968.  After graduation, she attended North Central Kansas Vo-tech in Beloit to study office management.  She spent most of her life in Osborne, Kansas.

Alice worked many different jobs all through her working years.  One of her first jobs was at Jack's Drive Inn.  It was during this time she met the love of her life, Dean Greig.  Alice married Dean Greig on July 27th, 1969 in Osborne, KS.  From this union, 2 children were born.

Alice was active in the family business of farming.  She kept the books as well as every other aspect of the family farm.  She also worked for 25 years as the office manager of the Osborne County Health Department.  Alice was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church in Osborne.

After Alice retired in 2013, Dean & Alice moved to Topeka, KS to be closer to the grandchildren.  Spending time with her family was Alice's greatest enjoyment in her life.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dean.

Alice is survived by her sons: Alex (Stacey) of Topeka; Bryan (Kristin) of Topeka; grandchildren: Lawson, Marcus, Addison, Reagan and Alessa, all of Topeka, Kansas.
