LENORA – Andrew Joseph Cummings, 57, of Lenora, KS, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024 in his home. He was born July 26, 1966 in Prescott, AZ, the son of Patrick A. Cummings and Betty M. (Weber) House. Andrew attended schools in Valley Falls and Ozawkie, KS, and Blueberry, BC, Canada and lived in many locations including Arizona, Kansas, Minnesota, Arkansas, Alaska, Montana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Canada. He was a blacksmith, carpenter, and farmer.
He married Melannie Suzanne Miller on April 21, 2001 in Lead Hill, AR; they later divorced. He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick. Survivors include his six children: Johnathan of Muskogee, OK, Nathan of Coleraine, MN, Ashley of Lenora, KS, Lilley, Colten and Jake of Coleraine, MN; mother, Betty; 5 sisters, Dolores, Carolyn, Julie, Mary and Monica; 5 brothers, David, Jeff, Patrick, Chris, and Greg and 46 nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Valley Falls.
