Hays traveled to Andover on Saturday trying to punch their ticket to the 5A State Basketball Tournament.

The Indians though scored just two points over the next 6:15. Andover took advantage with a 15-2 run for a 27-13 lead.

The run proved to be the difference the rest of the way.

Andover hit seven three pointers in the first half on just twelve attempts. Hays did shoot 47% in the first half but the Trojans shot 60% from the field for a 32-18 lead at halftime.
