Hays-based Sunflower Electric Power Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Joshua Eaton as manager of supply chain. In this role, Eaton will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of Sunflower’s purchasing and warehousing functions, ensuring these critical areas align with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.

Eaton will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance cost efficiency, streamline operations, and boost overall performance. He will also address complex supply chain challenges, providing actionable solutions to improve visibility, service, and coordination across all divisions.

With extensive experience managing profit and loss, budgeting, and developing effective policies and procedures, Eaton has a proven record of delivering measurable results. His focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement will play a vital role in enhancing Sunflower’s financial performance and supporting its long-term strategic execution.

Eaton earned a bachelor of arts in business and communications from Mid-America Nazarene University. He and his wife, Tiffany, reside in Palco with their children, Joseph and Andrew.
