The Hays city commission will conduct a retreat meeting Sat., Feb.20, at BriefSpace, 219 W. 10th, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Also attending the retreat will be Toby Dougherty, city manager, Collin Bielser, asst. city manager, John Bird, city attorney, and Todd Powell, asst. city attorney.

There is no formal agenda for the meeting.&nbsp;
