Phillipsburg resident Ryan D. Horner passed away May 22, 2020, at HaysMed in Hays, KS, at the age of 60. He was born Aug. 
19, 1959, in Phillipsburg, the son of Duane &amp; Monnie (Morgan) Horner.

Survivors include his wife Cindy of the home; 2 sons, Mike of McCook,
 NE and J.R. of Polk City, IA; 2 daughters, Tandy of Tampa, FL and Jamie
 of Auburn, KS; 2 brothers, Dave &amp; Tony of Phillipsburg; 1 sister, 
Linda Waters of Stockton; 14 grandchildren &amp; 3 great grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillipsburg Golf Club
