Greensburg, Kansas, resident and former Kanorado, KS resident Jose “Joe” Sandoval, 53, passed away unexpectedly at this home in Greensburg on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
Joe was born on May 10, 1967 to Jessie Sandoval and Rosalinda Salazar in Burlington, Colorado. He grew up and attended school in Texas up though the 8th Grade.
Joe was self-employed all his life. He loved to paint, draw, sing, and write and listen to music.
Preceding him in death were his father, his mom Rosalinda and four brothers.
He is survived by his adoptive mother Angie Sandoval of Kanorado, KS, 5 children; Crystal (Jaysen) Farley of Humble, TX, Zachary Duddleston of Houston, TX, Ashley Sandoval of Dodge City, KS, Cassondra Roths of Dodge City, KS and Vanessa Perez of Dodge City, KS; his siblings; Sylvia (Greg) Shores of Goodland, KS, Trina (Gerardo) Lazo of Goodland, KS, Steven Sandoval of Kanorado, KS, Jesse Joe (Leslie) Sandoval of Kanorado, KS, Pamela (Joe) Rodriguez of Oklahoma, Jessica Sandoval of Goodland, KS, Victoria (Ashley) Walker of Durham, North Carolina, Venessa Gomez of Nixon, TX and Teresa (Joe) Rodriguez of Nixon, TX. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; Jaysen, Jessie, Yolanda and Arabella Farley, Marriah-Lynn, Khloe and Justyne Snyder, Brailyn Garcia, Lane Williams, Maxton Roths, Malinda Jackson, Emmali and Terriah Young and Deztiny Duddleston; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, services for Jose will be private.
Memorials may be designated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Goodland, and may be sent to Koons-Russell Funeral Home, 211 N. Main Ave., Goodland, KS 67735.
