
Albert Clifford Beougher, age 71, of Gove, passed away on February 19,
2022, at his home. Cliff was born on October 27, 1950, in Colby to Harold
Jesse and Eva Mae (Putman) Beougher.
When he was young the
family moved to Grand Junction, Colorado. Cliff attended school at
Clifton Elementary, Clifton, CO, and graduated from Palisade High School
where he was very active in 4-H and FAA (Future Farmers of America).
After graduation he returned to Kansas to farm and raise cattle in the
Gove, Grinnell, and Campus area. He loved living in Kansas with his
son, Jessie. Cliff never knew a stranger and was always willing to help
anyone who needed it.
Cliff is survived by his son, Jesse, of
the home; four sisters: Sonya Bishop and Coleen Schreiner (Bill) and
their families of Grand Junction, CO, Vicki (Merv) Anway of Clifton, CO,
and Debbie Pense of Myrtle Point, OR, and Dennis Beougher. Also
surviving is his nephew, Rick and Renee Beougher and family of Gove,
other nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Eva Beougher, his brother, Ronnie Beougher, and a nephew, Matthew Anway.
Cremation
was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday,
March 5, 2022, at the Gaeland Cemetery, Orion with inurnment.
