Students were asked to sign up with the links below for the time they will come to check-in items, pick-up awards and complete any other business before summer.
Families with students in multiple grades may do their check-in in one trip. Students who miss a check-in day can come to a following check-in day. Contact Mr. Meitner if none of the check-in days work for you.
Parents, coordinate with your students to select the best time for your family. The times can be edited and swapped if you need to change.
Wed. May 13 - Seniors Last Day
Check-in times 10 a.m.-noon
Seniors need to check-in their textbooks, Chromebooks, chargers, and other borrowed materials anytime from 10 a.m.-noon. You will also receive your awards packets. Access will be limited to the east school building door. Fieldhouse access will be limited to the west fieldhouse door. Only eight seniors will be allowed into either building at one time. A line will be formed at the aforementioned entrances if the eight-student limit is reached. At that point, one student will be allowed to enter for one student who exits.
Thursday, May 14 - JH last day
Check-in times 9 a.m.-Noon
Junior high students and seniors who missed Wednesday, need to check-in their textbooks, Chromebooks, chargers, and other borrowed materials anytime from 9 a.m.-noon. You will also receive your awards packets. Access will be limited to the east school building door. Fieldhouse access will be limited to the west fieldhouse door. Only eight students will be allowed into either building at one time. A line will be formed at the aforementioned entrances if the eight-student limit is reached. At that point, one student will be allowed to enter for one student who exits. Bring your track uniforms.
Friday, May 15 - HS last day
Check-in times 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m.
Underclassmen high school students and any others who missed a previous check-in day, need to check-in their textbooks, Chromebooks, chargers, and other borrowed materials anytime from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. You will also receive your awards packets. Access will be limited to the east school building door. Fieldhouse access will be limited to the west fieldhouse door. Only eight students will be allowed into either building at one time. A line will be formed at the aforementioned entrances if the eight-student limit is reached. At that point, one student will be allowed to enter for one student who exits.
