HHS sets dates for material check-in

Please notice that we need parents/guardians to complete the computer review form prior to students checking in next week (see second bullet below).

Here are a couple reminders for you, students…

  1. Juniors: Friday, May 8, 2020  is your last instructional day.
  2. Sophomores: Monday, May 11, 2020 is your last instructional day.
  3. Freshmen: Tuesday, May 12, 2020 is your last instructional day.
  4. Be sure to do your very best to complete all work that may be outstanding at this time.  Reach out to your teacher(s) if you are not sure of your status at this time… they want to help you!
  1. Juniors: Monday, May 11th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. is “Check-in / Drop-off” day at HHS.
  2. Sophomores: Tuesday, May 12th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. is “Check-in / Drop-off” day at HHS
  3. Juniors and Sophomores, Because of the cold and wet weather forecast, you will enter the HHS building through the secondary Gym A entrance (not the commons entrance… watch for signs) on the student parking lot side of our campus. Bring your computer, charger, textbooks, library books, music, musical instrument(s), HHS uniforms, homework, and any other item we can help you with.
  4. Juniors, prior to Sunday, May 10th at 1:00 p.m., your parent/guardian needs to do the following:
  5. Sophomores, prior to Monday, May 11th at 1:00 p.m., your parent/guardian needs to do the following:

PARENTS:

1. Log in to PowerSchool (forgot your PowerSchool password? Email [email protected] and she will reset it for you).

2. Click on the student name on the top tabs (Have multiple students? Submitted a form for EACH student).

3. Click on “Forms” in the left hand Navigation Window

4. Click on “High School Device Check-In”

5. Fill out form and submit by:  Juniors Class - 1:00 p.m., Sunday, May 10th / Sophomore Class - 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 11th

  1. Freshmen: Wednesday, May 13th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. is “Check-in / Drop-off” day at HHS
  2. Freshmen whose last name begins with A – J will use the BACK parking lot of Hays High School to drop off / pick up items.
  3. Freshmen whose last name begins with K – Z will use the FRONT parking lot of Hays High School to drop off / pick up items.
  4. No student will enter the building unless inclement weather forces us to move the process inside… please pay attention to your email in case of any change of plans.
  5. Bring your computer, charger, textbooks, library books, music, musical instrument(s), HHS uniforms, homework, and any other item we can help you with.
  6. Prior to Tuesday, May 12th at 1:00 p.m., your parent/guardian needs to do the following:
