The Chamber
Update: We are changing tomorrow’s format up a little to ensure that we catch all of the questions.
We will only be sending out the team’s meeting information to those who are hosting and presenting the meeting tomorrow. This will allow us to have higher integrity and quality for our webinar.
Folks who utilize the new link https://hayschamber.com/news-announcements will still be able to participate in a “chat room” and ask questions. Thank you for your patience as we work through the details for tomorrow’s call. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly will address the state tonight at 6:30 p.m. regarding plans to reopen communities across Kansas.
The state’s stay-at-home order is currently set to expire on May 3. It is likely that tonight’s message will instruct Kansas counties to implement their own plans for rolling out a phased plan, which will include reopening hundreds of businesses in Ellis County.
The Ellis County Health Department, Kansas Rep. Barb Wasinger, City of Hays officials, and The Chamber will host a virtual meeting at 10 a.m. Friday, May 1 for Ellis County business owners.
Business owners are encouraged to attend this virtual meeting. This webinar will be utilized to help formulate Ellis County’s reopening strategy next week. To join the meeting, please click on the link below. https://hayschamber.com/news-announcements
A chat room option will be opened for participants to ask questions. The YouTube stream will be available to view after the meeting concludes for businesses who are unable to attend the 10 a.m. meeting.
