Warren Dale Jones passed away on Tuesday April 7, 2020, at Parkview Care Center in Osborne, KS. Dale was born on July 8, 1945 to LeRoy "Roy" & Clara Bell (Pick) Jones at the Harwood Nursing Home in Stockton, KS. Dale was one of several children.
Dale graduated from Woodston High School and attended Fort Hays State University. He was a retired member of the Phillipsburg National Guard.
Dale lived most of his life in the Woodston/Stockton area. He spent most of his adult life in and around the harvest field as a custom harvester. Dale was quite a storyteller. He also enjoyed going to the horse races.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Richard "Duane" Jones; William E. "Bill" Jones; sisters: Ruth Darlene Jones; Marie (Jones) Dix.
Dale is survived by his children; son: Todd (Sherida) Jones of Wichita, KS; daughter: Kimberly (Clint) Hill of Surprise, AZ; brother: Kenneth (Carol) Jones of Kirwin, KS; 5 grandchildren; friend & caregiver Molene Green Hartzler of Stockton, KS; and many friends from Oklahoma to North Dakota.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
