Fay Darlene Foos, age 94, passed away at her home in Wichita on April
 12, 2020. She was born on August 22, 1925 in Lucas, Kansas the daughter
 of Charles and Lydia Heinze Votruba.

Fay married Lee Dale Foos on September 12, 1948 in Hays, Kansas. He preceded her in death on February 13, 1999.

She is survived by her son, Blake Foos and his wife, Karen; her 
daughter Charissa Roots; her sister Delores Pack; three grandchildren 
and two great grandchildren.&nbsp; Fay was preceded in death by her parents, 
husband, and her son-in-law, Ron Roots.

Graveside services are planned for Saturday, April 18, 2020,1:30 p.m. at Bazine Cemetery, Bazine, Kansas.
