Jennifer Lynn Munsch, 59, passed away April 2, 2020, at the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kan. She was born on March 20, 1961, to Carol J. Arnall. She married Michael A. Munsch on November 6, 1982, at Great Bend. He died March 9, 2015.
A lifetime Great Bend resident, Jennifer was a specialist in operations and project services at CUNA Mutual, having previously worked at Dillons as the bakery manager and Dairy Queen as the night manager. She collected coca cola items, antique tins and loved the KU Jayhawks. She was her boys’ greatest fan and cheerleader, she never missed a game.
Survivors include, two sons, Aaron Munsch and fiancé Erica Keffer of Great Bend, and Trent Munsch and wife Mercedes of Pawnee Rock; her beloved dog Roxy; a grandson, Oliver Michael Munsch, arriving in July; a sister, Elwanda Brown of Eureka; and good family friend, Barbara Unruh of Great Bend. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Michael Munsch.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at Bryant Funeral Home. Private family services will be held with Pastor Josh Leu presiding, due to restrictions and limitations set forth by the State of Kansas. Interment will be in Great Bend Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Grandchildren’s Education Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home. A family celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
