Gerald E. Berls, age 78, left us suddenly and peacefully on March 26th at his home in Ellis, KS.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

He was born June 7th, 1941, in Leoville, KS.

Gerald is survived by wife Annemarie Berls of Ellis, Daughter Terri 
Rohleder and family of Hays, sons Michael Berls of Santa Clara, CA., 
Brad and Brian Berls of Pocatello, ID. and three sisters Marlene Weigel 
and family of Hays, Janice Berls of Indiana, PA, and Cynthia Berls of 
Alameda CA.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Gerald was preceded in death by Parents Ted and Eulalia Berls of 
Hays, first wife Brenda Kay Hardiek of Hays,&nbsp; two sisters Maureen Weaver
 of Alameda, CA.&nbsp; and Patricia Bacon of Loveland, CO.&nbsp;
