ELLIS – Effective Monday and until further notice, Ellis City Hall will be closed to the public.&nbsp;


At this time, city employees will still be available on premises during regular office hours and will be available by phone or email.&nbsp;


"We are asking citizens to please utilize the outside drop box, mail, or phone in utility payments," the city said in a news release. "We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you back into City Hall soon!"
