Effective March 23, 2020, ACCESS Public Transportation in Hays will temporarily be changing their operating hours in response to a reduction in ridership as a result of COVID-19.
ACCESS is taking precautions to keep everyone safe.
We thank all of you for being so understanding and patient as we all work through this crisis.
New operating hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 6 AM - 6 PM
Saturday & Sunday- 6 AM - 4 PM

Safe Ride will be operating at NORMAL hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 PM - 3 AM.
