To comply with recent recommendations limiting public gatherings to no more than 10 people, the City of Hays’ March 19 work session and March 26 regular meeting will be open electronically to public access while physical access will be curtailed.
Meetings will be broadcast live via Nex-Tech’s YouTube channel, on Nex-Tech cable channel 103, and on Eagle cable channel 14 or 614.
Nex-Tech’s YouTube channel can be accessed by going to the homepage of www.haysusa.com and scrolling down to the “City News” section.
A link to the commission meeting also will be available on Hays Post.
Public comment at the regular meeting of March 26, for Non-Agenda items, will be accepted in writing and can be emailed to [email protected].
"We appreciate the public’s cooperation while our community implements efforts to protect the health of our citizens and employees," the city said in a news release.
