Due to recent Coronavirus concerns, the City of Hays Finance/City Clerk’s Office wants to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
If possible, we ask our customers to please limit in-person visits to City Hall, 1507 Main.
Available to our customers is free online bill pay at www.haysusa.com. Just click “Make A Payment” in lieu of sending a check or stopping in the office for payment. You may also sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal using the form provided on our website, www.haysusa.com.
Furthermore, for your convenience, payment drop boxes are located at either Dillons location or at City Hall.
Lastly, all of our mailed utility bills include a pre-addressed return envelope for your use.
